The website was facing challenges in terms of user engagement, I would need to find ways to improve the user experience and keep visitors on the site.

The checkout process was found to be confusing and time-consuming for users, leading to abandoned carts and decreased sales.
Responsiveness
The website may not have been optimized for all devices, leading to a poor user experience on certain devices such as tablets and smartphones.
Research:
I reorganized the website's content and navigation to make it easier for users to find what they are looking for. I implemented a user-centered design approach to ensure that all design decisions were made with the user in mind. I added clear and concise navigation labels to help users quickly find the information they need. I simplified the checkout process to make it quicker and easier for users to complete their purchase. I made the website responsive to ensure a positive user experience on all devices, including desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
I developed a visual brand identity that is consistent with the brand identity and resonates with the targeted audience. This include designing a logo, color palette, typography, and imagery that reflect the brand's values and personality. The visual elements are consistent across all touchpoints, including the website, social media, and marketing materials.
My design changes resulted in a significant improvement in user engagement and conversion rates. The website's bounce rate decreased, and users were able to find the information they needed and complete the checkout process more efficiently. Customer satisfaction increased, and the company experienced a significant increase in sales.
By conducting thorough research, analyzing user behavior and feedback, and implementing user-centered design principles, we were able to improve the user experience of Eyetamins.co and increase customer satisfaction and sales.
