Eyetamins.co is an e-commerce website that sells eye health supplements. The company has reached out to me to make the website responsive, and help develop the brand identity with a consistent brand messaging and visual identity.

Challenge
The website redesign faced multiple challenges, including low user engagement, which required innovative solutions to enhance the user experience and retain visitors. Research revealed a flawed information architecture, as users struggled to find needed information, resulting in a high bounce rate. The checkout process was confusing and time-consuming, leading to abandoned carts and reduced sales. Additionally, the website's lack of optimization for various devices, such as tablets and smartphones, caused a poor user experience, necessitating a focus on responsive design to ensure seamless functionality across all platforms.
Objective
I reorganized the website's content and navigation to make it easier for users to find what they are looking for. I implemented a user-centered design approach to ensure that all design decisions were made with the user in mind. I added clear and concise navigation labels to help users quickly find the information they need. I simplified the checkout process to make it quicker and easier for users to complete their purchase. I made the website responsive to ensure a positive user experience on all devices, including desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
Results
I developed a visual brand identity that is consistent with the brand identity and resonates with the targeted audience. This include designing a logo, color palette, typography, and imagery that reflect the brand's values and personality. The visual elements are consistent across all touchpoints, including the website, social media, and marketing materials. The redesign of Eyetamins.co, driven by thorough research, user behavior analysis, and user-centered design principles, significantly improved user engagement and conversion rates, resulting in a lower bounce rate, more efficient navigation, and a streamlined checkout process that boosted customer satisfaction and led to a substantial increase in sales. By prioritizing clear navigation, a simplified checkout experience, and responsive design, the website delivered a more positive and efficient user experience, highlighting the effectiveness of these design solutions in enhancing overall performance and customer outcomes.
